Report from the Borrisokane GAA Grounds.

On Tuesday Redwood NS travelled to Borrisokane to contest in the Cumann na mBunscol. In the first match we played Terryglass. The starting VII consisted of Kate in goals, Sophie and Niamh in the backs, Mikey and Dermot in midfield and Jason and Leanne in the forwards. I could not take part as I had pulled my groin. We played very well but lost 2:3 to 4:1. We were disappointed with the result but delighted with how we played.

In the second match against Aglish we were playing on a different pitch than the last game. We again played brilliantly but lost 4 to 7:1.
In our last match we played Lackamore. We played brilliantly with some fine scores by Mikey and Jason but we lost by the narrowest of margins 3:5 to to 6:3.
