Equipment : weighing scales, bowl ,measuring jug, sauce pan, hob, spoon, spatula.
1. Weigh flour.
2. Add a pinch of salt.
3.Measure milk and pour into bowl.
4.Break egg into mixture.
5.Mix till smooth.
6.Spray pan with oil.
7. When heated add ladle of the mixture and fry on the pan
8. And serve with what you want.
