People should have less sugar in their diet.
Sugar causes a shorter life span and heart problems.
If there isn't sugar there's chemicals. There is a man who lost his legs from diabetes as shown on the 'Sugar Crash' programme .
It also causes rotting teeth and obesity. It is bad for young people to lose adult teeth or get gum disease. Childhood obesity leads to adult obesity.

Manufacturers need to have how much sugar there is in the food in clear large writing on the label so people could  see it.

The less sugar you  eat the healthier you are . You're more active, awake and alert.

STAY HEALTHY
