By Kate Houlihan  at Borrisokane GAA grounds.
On Tuesday the fourth Redwood N.S, Aglish N.S, Terryglass N.S and  Lackamore N.S. gathered at Borrisokane GAA grounds at 10:30 for a seven a side hurling blitz.

In the first match Redwood were up against Terryglass. Redwood scored some spectacular scores by Mikey Houlihan and Jason Houlihan, with a final score of 2.3 to 4.1

Their next match was against Aglish. Redwood had a good start but by half time Leanne Sullivan had got a hard whack on the leg but she played on in to the second half of the match. With brilliant defence  and attacking from  backs and forwards.
The final score was 4 to 7.1

The last match was against Lackamore, they were a tough team.
With the scores from Jason, Mikey and Dermot Houlihan.
Unfortunately Lackamore scored more and the final score was 5.2 to 6.3

But in the end it was a good day for Redwood.
